1. Safety Warning & Driver Responsibility

OnRoute provides location-aware audio guides, playlists, and informational content regarding towns, history, demographics, culture, food, and fun facts (the “Content”). The Service may require access to your device’s GPS or location data to sync the audio/content with your route.

4. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide engaging, entertaining, and accurate information about the towns you pass, the Content is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only.

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any history, demographics, cultural facts, or business listings (such as restaurants or attractions).
  • Road conditions, business hours, and local environments change constantly. Do not rely solely on OnRoute for navigation, emergency services, or real-time road hazard alerts.

5. Location Data & Privacy

To provide the core OnRoute experience, the Service may require real-time location data from your mobile device. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share your location and personal data. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of this data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All Content provided on OnRoute—including text, audio recordings, music, scripts, graphics, logos, and software—is the intellectual property of OnRoute or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
